A Confidential Chinese Client was looking to establish a production facility of 30.000 m2 in Europe, with a focus on renting a facility in Hungary. Since there were no existing available production facilities suitable for the Client, our team assisted in finding suitable land sites and reputable industrial real estate development companies, then ran a tender process for approximately 9 months to find the best possible site and partner. The end result was a signed rental agreement with the tender-winning Landlord, with a request from the Client for continued project management services during the factory construction phase.
