Oakwell Group was founded by David Huszlicska, an industry professional with nearly two decades of experience in commercial and industrial real estate.

Location Selection
Oakwell Group delivers a structured site selection process, identifying optimal land, brownfield, rental, BTS, or BTO locations aligned with each client’s operational, technical, and strategic requirements. Following a detailed intake questionnaire, we develop a tailored longlist of viable options and support clients through comparative evaluation, risk considerations, and informed next-step decision making.
Due Diligence
Once a site is selected, Oakwell Group conducts pre-contract due diligence to identify technical, environmental, legal, and development risks. For land and existing buildings, this includes surveys, zoning and utility audits, feasibility analysis, cost estimation, and legal review—ensuring informed decisions and minimizing unforeseen issues before purchase or lease.
Design & Permitting
Oakwell Group coordinates comprehensive design services for industrial and commercial developments through a phased approach. This includes initial site layout, concept design, building permit documentation, and full execution design. The structured design process supports feasibility analysis, authority consultations, permitting, and seamless delivery from concept through construction.
Project Management,
Technical Supervision
Oakwell Group provides project management and technical supervision services to ensure controlled, compliant project delivery. Project management oversees time, cost, quality, and risk from concept to completion, coordinating all stakeholders and managing changes. Technical supervision delivers independent on-site oversight, verifying that construction works comply with approved designs, regulations, standards, and contractual requirements.
Construction Management
Oakwell Group provides construction management services that coordinate the entire build process, working with clients to tender and select subcontractors for optimal pricing and performance. We manage stakeholder interfaces, subcontractor procurement, on-site execution, risk, schedules, quality, and compliance—ensuring efficient, transparent delivery from mobilization through project completion while maintaining client control and adaptability.

Reports
Oakwell Group provides advisory and market research services to support informed, data-driven project decisions. Our research spans construction and rental pricing, logistics routes, labor availability and costs, tax and customs frameworks, government incentives, and regulatory and policy structures. These insights enable clients to assess feasibility, manage risk, and define optimal market entry and investment strategies.

CEO, Founder
David Huszlicska
David has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate market, specializing in industrial leasing, development, and investment. Formerly holding positions as Investment Associate at Colliers International, Senior Asset Manager at Intesa SanPaolo (CIB Bank), Country Head at CTP Hungary and managing partner at Greenfield Development, he has managed transactions exceeding €500M, helped build an industrial portfolio valued over €1B, and co-founded a new player in the Hungarian construction market, achieving over €30M in revenue within three years. In 2025 David founded Oakwell Group to continue the work of transforming partners' visions into success and expand the service portfolio across Europe.
Director of Business Development
Tamas Maklari
Tamas began his professional career in the government sector. Serving as a consultant, his primary responsibilities included government coordination duties and public policy management across various fields of expertise, with a particular focus on regional institutions and development. He later utilized his experience in the Hungarian industrial real estate market, providing advisory support to foreign manufacturing companies in the execution of their investment and site selection projects. Prior to joining Oakwell Group, Tamás held a business development role at Greenfield Development, where in the past two years he has assisted in the sale and leasing of 46,000 m² of industrial space across the country.
